Home

What does ‘home’ mean to you? ‘Home’ can mean something different to each and every one of us. For some, it is a safe, warm place; for others, it is the people around us; and for a few, it is something to search for. Our nationally recognised collection, which is at the heart of everything we do here at Seven Stories, reflects the many different stories of home and how we are all connected through our own stories of what home means to us.

Traditional Tales

Stories have a magical ability to bring us together. They can help us to appreciate that the world is just a page away. Inspired by our nationally recognised collection – including original artwork and manuscripts – we’ve delved into what traditional tales mean to us, if we can see ourselves in those stories and how other cultures and traditions are not that different to ours.
