Accessibility

Seven Stories is based in a seven-story listed building in the heart of the Ouseburn Valley. Accessibility is integral to everything we do here at Seven Stories, we want you to have the best possible experience and enjoy our wonderful space.

Seven Stories, Ouseburn:  We have a single lift that travels to every floor in the building, and kindly ask that priority is given to those with access requirements.

Accessible toilets are available on Level 1.

Baby-changing facilities are available on Level 1 and 2.

Please feel free to contact our Box Office team via info@sevenstories.org.uk ahead of your visit should you require any support or have any queries.

Guide Dogs are welcome in our building.

Two Tales Pop-up, Durham: Due to the nature of our temporary venue, unfortunately, there is no in-building lift access to our second floor.  However, if you contact us in advance of your visit, we can arrange lift access for you through the Prince Bishop shopping centre.

"My son struggles with group settings however, during an interactive performance, I was delighted to see he was more eager to get up and join in with the action. I was even more thrilled when my son began to contribute his own ideas and ultimately got up in front of everyone to take a bow. I left feeling incredibly happy, thank you Seven Stories for creating a safe, encouraging space with an engaging, fun performances for everyone."
